1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KineRuby, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. KINERUBY PTY LTD is a registered Australian entity.

2. Free and Premium Plans

Free plan: Core research features are free to use and do not require payment information.
KineRuby Premium: Premium is an optional subscription priced at US$4.99 per month (plus any taxes required by law). The price and the features included are shown before you subscribe, and you are only charged after you confirm checkout.
Billing: By subscribing you authorise us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method monthly in advance until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your Profile page (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then and are not charged again.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that law.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. Premium may be suspended if payment cannot be collected.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to manipulate the analysis tools or backend infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KINERUBY PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
